The O'Cahans and the Ulster Clans

To understand the history of the O'Cahan Sept both politically and geographical, a brief knowledge of the surrounding Septs is needed. The O'Cahans played an active part in Gaelic Ulster and were often involved in the fueding of other Ulster Clans. Also the constant cattle raiding between the Septs was a intrigual part of the constant moving alliances between the various Clans.
